Booking Policies
MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!
Booking
All appointments must be booked via the booking platform.
Ensure all details, including services, add-ons, and special requests, are correct.
I reserve the right to refuse service if information is incomplete or policies are not followed.
Emergency / Last-Minute Appointments
Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance incur a £20 fee (EMERGENCY SLOT)
This ensures priority scheduling and preparation for last-minute services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Appointments and booking fees are non transferable. The booking fee is tied to the original client only and cannot be transferred or used by another person under any circumstances
Late cancellations or no-shows: 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future appointment for yourself if rescheduled with 24+ hours’ notice.
Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
Late Arrival
Please arrive ON TIME for your full service.
DO NOT arrive TOO EARLY or TOO LATE
RING the door number upon arrival at your allocated appointment time, if you arrive too early, you’ll wait outside until it’s time for your appointment.
Arrivals 20+ minutes late incur a £15–£20 fee.
Arrivals 60+ minutes late may need to reschedule or have a shortened appointment depending on daily availability.
Parking is Available too.
Hair Preparation
Clients must arrive with clean, blowdried product-free hair.
Hair should be ready for styling at the scheduled appointment time.
We provide ALL EXPRESSION BRAIDING HAIR & FRENCH CURL EXTENSIONS, this is included in the service price. (I DON’T WORK WITH EXTERNAL EXPRESSION BRAIDING HAIR & FRENCH CURL EXTENSIONS)
Human Hair curls, Synthetic Curls, Marley Kinky, Afro Kinky, Faux Locs & others are not included in the price but can be provided if the “Hair Provision” add on is included. You can also bring in your own hair.
For Human Hair Bundles, that are not colour 1, 1B, 2 & 4, please don’t book emergency\same day appointment, book 3-5 days prior to your appointment date.
For French Curls, We must provide the hair for the appointment because i don’t work with external extensions as the quality of the hair greatly affects the final results. Please don’t book emergency/same day appointment, book 3-5 days prior to your appointment date.
For colour mixes, hair must be dropped off at least 3 days prior to allow proper preparation.
Blow-dry service is available as an add-on.
We cannot prep hair prior to the appointment (washing, detangling, or treatments).
Out-of-Hours Appointments
Appointments before 9 AM or after 8 PM & on Mondays are considered out-of-hours.
i.e if you book and appointment for 2pm and it takes 6 hours, this is an OUT OF HOUR APPOINTMENT, because it exceeds my working hours of 9AM-8PM.
An additional £30 fee applies and must be added at the time of booking, If this is not added where needed, ill add it on for you, and resend your confirmation email.
Out-of-hours appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Festive Season
A mandatory £50 Festive Fee will apply to all appointments booked on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 30th, 31st and January 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
This £50 must be added on top of your service price in the add ons when booking. If the fee is not added, your appointment will be cancelled or the fee will be added manually.
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The additional £1 fee is the booking fee charged by my payment processor app.
Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment within 30 days of your original appointment date if cancelled 24hrs before your appointment.
Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.
Client Comfort
Complimentary snacks and refreshments are provided during your appointment.
Please inform me in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions so I can accommodate you safely.
Health & Safety
Clients showing signs of illness should reschedule.
Please inform me of allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns that may affect your service.
For safety, no third parties (friends/family) are allowed in the appointment area unless necessary.
Age Policy
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult during appointments.
NO CHILDREN UNDER 5!
No children may wait unattended during the session.
Refunds & Liability
All services are NON REFUNDABLE
If dissatisfied, contact me within 48 hours for a resolution or adjustment.
Clients are responsible for ensuring hair is in suitable condition for the requested service.
I am not liable for damage caused by undisclosed allergies, product reactions, or unsuitable hair condition.
Privacy, Photos & Work Usage
Personal information is stored securely and used only for service purposes.
Your information will not be shared without your consent.
By booking, you consent to receiving appointment reminders, promotions, and service updates.
By booking with Saabis Beauty, you agree that I may take photos of my work on your hair for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes.
